Westenra
Looking at maybe getting an Aguilar tone hammer 350 as I can't really crack my LB-30 at home and the thing that worries me is that it only has one input with a -10db pad for active basses. Now I play both bass and synth and will be implementing a Boss ES-8 into my pedal board, with one input going to the amp...the question is how could I balance both inputs without manually changing the input pad? Would a pedal do this?

cheddatom
doesn't your synth have a level control? Just adjust it to match your bass?
alexclaber
I used to do this in my student days - just use your volume knobs on the instruments!

Westenra
doesn't your synth have a level control? Just adjust it to match your bass?
It does but even at the lowest volumes it still pushes my pre amp much more than my passive basses. mcnach
I bought a Prosound stereo 4-channel mixer for around £20 not long ago, the mono version was around £10 but it seems to be discontinued... however I found these that are similar for around £15 https://www.audiomate.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=SoundLAB-4-Channel-Mono-Microphone-Mixer&gclid=Cj0KEQiA0L_FBRDMmaCTw5nxm-ABEiQABn-VqZ2T2q9q5u25w5nk2PJg3WoP--vsdHd3Ai37kJJRKZIaAhL28P8HAQ http://www.yourspares.co.uk/parts/ys117875/soundlab-4-channel-mono-mixer-G105AA.aspx?utm_source=google&utm_medium=shopping&utm_campaign=Google%2BProducts&gaw=agid:16164055997,c:48873529637&gclid=Cj0KEQiA0L_FBRDMmaCTw5nxm-ABEiQABn-VqT0sRb9tj7AiVzCxVO3K-UTwzg6hHOc_D1BE7KCHiVQaApMc8P8HAQ
