There were a couple of photographers at our gig at Bush Hall on Saturday night. A few cool photos came out of it. I was just wondering what you guys think of them.

A couple of my favourites are:

and

The rest of the photos from one photographer are here:

I haven't made arrangements with the other photographer yet but once I have I'll stick up some of his too.

It's the first time we've really made an effort to dress well (and in a coordinated manner) for a gig. I think it worked out!

I like the closeups in the gallery and you can always photoshop out the music stand

Thanks for the feedback, guys!

The main thing bugging me is the Zeroplane poster at the back - belonging to my friends' band who were on after us. The music stand looks a little naff but it was the only stand we could think of for our singer's Kaoss Pad.

just photoshop the poster out

I assumed the music stand was for words :)

I don't know how big or heavy the Kaoss pad is but how about a platform that clips on to the mic stand? Thomann do a few

That last one's ideal. I tried to get hold of the Quik Lok equivalent in the run-up to the gig but there aren't any in stock in the UK at the moment. Didn't think of Thomann!

They do a bunch of other "clip on the mic stand" stuff that may work better .. have a trawl through.
A bit of pedal board velcro to attach it, some velcro cable ties to attach the leads to the stand and bob's your uncle ..
Look a lot better too :)

Be sure to follow the instructions with that second one though:
"K&M 12À note file - taping bar up to pipe ø 25 mm, surface-careful clamping item. Wood execution, 390 x 140 mm, interiorlaterally with felt pastes. Weight: 0.35 kg.
"
