SpondonBassed
Yes. There was a link posted to a similar article recently. I can't seem to find it now. We all knew that we're fundamental to any decent band anyway didn't we? When I say "we" I mean to include double and synth bass too. Picture me grabbing a pair of ornate Church candlesticks and using them to make a cross ... [/quote] Sorry. I thought I was doing everyone a favour by saying synth instead of keys. Self help groups are available. Oh, Regards to you both! Edited February 27, 2017 by SpondonBassed
Davo-London
This is good. I play bass and drums at church. If the drummer is a no-show - the leader invariably asks me to swap from bass to drums. Science says this is wrong! Davo

Hugh Banton took over bass duties in the studio after Nic Potter left and played the bass pedals in concerts). Which leads me to point out that there is bass on Doors records. Played by Ray Manzerak live and in the studio (keyboard bass) and Robby Krieger (bass guitar overdubs) in the studio, Edited February 27, 2017 by mark76
