Dennis1971 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 (edited) What can I say, it's a P-Bass, Highway One Fender says: American-made, lacquer finished, and now a Badass bridge! The American-made Precision Bass is a classic, the most widely played and enduringly popular bass worldwide. It was Fender's first bass and in all this time its design has only been refined, not changed. The Highway One P Bass is American made and sports a thin satin lacquer finish that looks great, lets the grain of the alder show through, and ages beautifully. Now the Highway One has been further upgraded with a Badass II bridge. Changing to a heavier bridge is the most common modification made by P Bass owners. The Highway One comes pre modified by Fender, along with cool '70s styling and the lowest price of any American-made Fender P Bass. FEATURES

American made
Alder body
Maple neck with rosewood fretboard
Traditional split single-coil pickup
Thin lacquer finish
Badass II bridge
Serial number Z8105061 produced 2008-2009 In good nick, some scratches but nothing serious. oldbass Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017
Sorry no scales in the house, but found this in another thread Weight: 8lb 12oz, 3.95kg.
So this is the weight of this actual bass?
Dennis1971 Posted March 6, 2017 Author Posted March 6, 2017 Found one of those luggage weighing scales... the bass comes in at 4.3 kg.
Number6 Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Where are the scratches on the bass Dennis as i can't make any out on the pics? Are there any on the neck?
Dennis1971 Posted March 7, 2017 Author Posted March 7, 2017 Scratches are very superficial on the body only (neck is smooth as silk and plays great), they are the kind you get when you use it and especially with the thin finish on these. Probably shouldn't have bothered mentioning them and let the pics speak for themselves.
Studio GC Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 It's a nitro finish...I hope there are scratches....
