bluesparky
My old band is putting on a gig at the Manor Ballroom in Ipswich on April 15th (Easter Saturday) to try and raise money and awareness for a charity called Backup who've helped myself and my family in such an amazing way during my ongoing serious illness. We've a strong line up of: Russell Swallow Poppy Scarlett Matt White & DarkSeed (my band) and it'll all be about mostly playing music from the '90s because that's the era of music we love the most. ALL profits are going to the Backup, The Technical Entertainment Charity: https://www.backuptech.uk/ A brief outline of my history and story is on this page: https://www.backuptech.uk/about/ scroll to the bottom and click on the third black dot to read my story. bluesparky
A bit of a bump for this one, if you fancy coming please purchase tickets in advance so we can notify the venue about numbers etc. Also, we have setup a non-attendee ticket purchase system so you can purchase tickets if you can't go and still be able to donate to the charity. The tickets don't give you entry but allow you to donate, and start at £1, you can purchase as many as you like. https://www.backuptech.uk/ have been amazing to me and my family so please dig deep if you can. The non-entry donation link is here: https://www.ticketgun.com/events/smells-like-the-90s-donations-only Of course, if you can make it, come and say hi and lets talk bass, I'll have all of my gear with me and will be more than happy to geek out about it! Thank you.
