Maruszczyk Elwood L 5a SOLD PENDING £995

For sale is a Maruszczyk Elwood L 5a 24-fret 5-string, bought new from Bass Direct online only a few weeks ago.

It's a lovely instrument - it looks great, plays beautifully, and has an impressive range of Stingray / Jazz / P-bass-type tones. The standard of fit and finish is really high, and it's light (3.6kg) with great balance. 34" scale, 19mm spacing at the bridge, 44mm wide at the nut with a zero fret. Bassculture MM/J pickups, and a Delano 2-band active EQ (push/pull active/passive on the volume pot) with a 3-way coil tap switch on the bridge pickup. My only reason for selling is I've been playing 35" scale basses for years, and my Ohurangutang arms can't seem to adjust... :-(

Never gigged, and in absolutely immaculate as-new condition. Even the strings are still fresh. Comes complete with a Maruszczyk gig bag, a folder with a user manual, brochure, stickers, and adjustment tools. It cost me nearly £1300, so £995 (including UK shipping) is surely a bargain!
