Anyone got a wiring diagram for an old EMG BQA preamp?

Recently acquired an old EMG BQA (from what I can gather from the board) internal preamp, but got no clue where to start wiring it! I foolishly assumed it would be similar to the new BQC as its functionality is the same (vol/blend/stacked bass + treble/stacked sweepable mid) but now I've got it in front of me I can't make heads or tails of it. Any wiring diagrams out there? Have googled extensively and come up with diddly squat. Hope someone can help!

Yeah had a look on there but doesn't seem to be on there. Or certainly doesn't appear so to someone with my limited experience in electronics
