Wife's handbag containing cash for brothers wedding do/DJ etc has just been emptied.

Short about a grand.

Yeah I know.

This bass was a gift to me, needs looking at electronically. I have neither the time nor patience at the minute and need to raise the cash...

It has a couple of knocks, but is sound enough. Has a couple of wires needing a dab of solder. Probably a £15 local luthier job.
