TheGreek Posted March 21, 2017 Share Posted March 21, 2017 (edited) [b][size=6]Unfortunately due to the event coinciding with Father's Day affecting attendance I've had to cancel the event.[/size][/b] [s]Now booked for Sunday 18th June 2017[/s] - same venue - between 12.00 and 5pm. Cost is the usual £10 and as always all the proceeds from the event go to the venue, an under-funded Youth Centre, the funding they receive from HCC doesn't even cover the annual Gas bill. Details will be added as the event develops. Hoping that we'll be having another seminar/gear test by Lozz, waiting to hear from Nick Smith to see if he's able to deliver another seminar, but a raffle will be on and we already have some fine prizes including a defretted Spector 4 string and a Beatle Violin Bass. For now please copy and paste the attendance list if you're planning on attending. Every year we have positive feedback for the event I know that many people enjoy the day with us. [/b] [b]Unfortunately if there is insufficient interest and we can't cover our costs I'll have to cancel the event and donate the stuff that has been donated directly to the Club. They may actually be better off as we've been given two bass guitars, a set of speakers amongst other items.[/b] [b]If you are coming please add your details to the list.
