I've not come across another bass that balances and 'sits' so well. Literally zero neck dive. I may well get around to upgrading the electronics to a 3 band EQ with an active / passive switch at some point soon, as the Nathan East mid-scoop is just not something I'm making use of. I'm not entirely sure why, but I'm actually more smitten with this BB 2005 than I was ever was with my NE2. If I was still playing 4 strings, I absolutely would try to get hold of a BB 2004. That reverse PJ config on that body is just the ticket! Quote

I used to drive up to Altrincham from South London and back a fair bit when I lived there, not a bad drive when the various motorways played, but a right pain in the proverbial when they conspired to be shuffling car parks. I did 2 lots of washing and made something in the slow cooker before…had to rest for an hour afterwards. Think a big long drive would see the car mashed into a barrier while I had a nap.
