I spoke via e-mail to mark at Ashdown last year re this, and he said that the aim was to have an ABM in a pedal. Given how highly I rate my ABM600 if this pedal manages trhat it should be a cracker. That price however, up against Tech21 and DHA is a bit steep, but against Darkglass, which have such a good reputation, not so bad.

I had an ABM preamp years back that sounded great, so I could be persuaded by this.

18v...this could go on a pedalboard with an adapter thingie.

That looks like the pedal that was recently getting a run through with Norman Watt Roy. If he signs it off as good enough, it's good enough. Price is a bit rough though.

Similar to the GK Plex, Two Notes Le Bass, new Sansamp QStrip, etc. Of course, it'd have to be as good as those to justify it.
