Maude Posted March 26, 2017 Share Posted March 26, 2017 I love the varied influences and styles in the Beastie Boys music, and my musical tastes being predominantly on the rockier side of things, I obviously love Sabotage. Whilst have a little YouTube browse this morning I came across this live version and was blown away by the power and energy of this recording, the studio version seems positively laid back in comparison. I think a lot of people tend to think of them as novelty/comedy act because of Fight for Your Rights, but that song is not at all representative of what they evolved into after that first album.
