Schaeller straplock nuts

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a single nut of the type that screws down the washer on the strap part of a straplock? For some reason I have two strap fittings, two washers, but only one nut (ahem).

I've tried pot/jack nuts but they're too small. I'd really rather not buy a whole new set of straplocks if I didn't have to...

Schaller are normally very good with spare parts, so long as it's a genuine Schaller Straplock and not a knock-off. Send them an email.

Put the strap on the button, then put the straplock onto the button. You don't need to fix the straplocks onto the strap.

Yep, tried that, but it's a thick leather one so doesn't work.
