Two solid thumbs up!

I have had two experiences with their team:

1. My Aguilar Tonehammer bag zips broke after only 3 months of use. Got a free replacement after showcasing the issue with Peter (UK rep at Barnes and Mullins Ltd).
The current version seems to be fine, but I have a feeling it'll happen again.

2. I have the Tonehammer pedal and the blue LED light is not functioning. I have been offered a free courier to come and pick it up to be repaired.

Even when working with the main support in the States, they have very supportive and always have an action point with an e-mail rather than questioning more and delaying the process.
