Bikenbass
Every time I try to get a quote, all I get is the dimensions are too large. What am I doing wrong and how do you folks do it?

GILLY
I have just received an additional charge from Parcel2Go for a parcel I sent last month. They are claiming that I owe an extra £9.50 because it was larger that I stated on my original form. Now I'm 99% certain I didn't muck this up because I measured at least three times to be sure but I can't access the original form to see if I'm correct. Should I pay this or ignore it? chris_b
Interparcel. I've just sent a 147cm x 50cm x 22cm x 15kg box. No problem. Hard case inside a padded bike box trimmed to shape. Not sure anyone can do any damage to that.
Bassmonkey
I set one up recently with Parcelforce. Was a Jack Casady, in a hardcore, in a box. The seller dropped it at the depot, I collected from my local one - cost was £10.25!!!worked perfectly

[/quote] Had the same thing recently. Took photos with the measure stating that it's impossible (they claimed my parcel was over 150cm long and it was like 127cm) and that it must be a mistake. Few hours later I got a reply that it was indeed a mistake and they took the charge off my account.
