FuNkShUi
I've had a bit of interest from Europe regarding my bass that i'm selling. I've been hesitant as i don't want it to end up in pieces. But i'd be happy to send it if i could find a good company. So has anyone got any recommendations for couriers they have used? Thanks
markstuk
I used DPD to Germany recently. No problems. 1 hr pickup and delivery windows..
FuNkShUi
That sounds promising. Hate having a whole day as a pick up and delivery window too.
Grangur
I've used DPD a few times. They have forgotten to pick up for 3 days on a couple of occasions, but the basses arrived intact.
ambient
Read the small print of whoever you go with, often musical instruments aren't covered in the insurance, though they'll still take your money.

FuNkShUi
It'll definitely be sent in a hard case as its a through neck, so haven't got the option of removing the neck
FuNkShUi
Just requested a quote from DPD..... By air it was £145, by road £35. How is there such a difference? Especially when they're scheduled to arrive the same day
