Hi everyone!

We're working on some very cool preamp circuitry here at Barefaced and we need as many pickups as possible to test it with. All pickups will be returned in perfect condition after our testing is done, along with a free T-shirt to say thanks. Active preamps too. We basically need to cover the full range of impedances, inductances, output levels, frequency response and so on. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Alex

I've got the original circuit from my Yamaha RBX lurking somewhere. Standard four knob vol-pan-bass-treb active thing. Yours if it would help?

I've got a Dimarzio Model One if you need it...

also, as I need to strip my old Warwick down, there's a 3 band MEC Pre-amp.

EDIT2: ha, just realised you may as well have the Warwick jazz pickups too...

Nothing very exciting / out of the ordinary, but I can offer a couple of sets of passive Jazz pups - one set are the originals from a 1997 CIJ Fender '60s Reissue, and t'other are from a 2008 Squier Classic Vibe '60s.

I can offer up the stock pickups from a Squier VM70s Jazz.

Just let me know where to send them.

All I have at the moment is the original fit pickups from a Squier Vintage Modified Precision 5-string. Happy to lend them out.

I've got SD p-bas quarter pounders SPB-3 and a set of p-bass Jess Louriero hand wound "Classic" p-bass pups.

I have a Sandberg own brand, 4 string Stingray style humbucker as well as some cheap and cheerful single coil jazz pickups (from an old Squier, I think?) plus a P/J set from a Peavey Zodiac.

You're welcome to borrow any or all of the above.

I've got an Aguilar 2 band pre-amp , that's been kicking around for years .

What's the deal here? Do you want us all to just send the stuff to you? Or will you contact us to say what you'd like?
