Anyone travelling from Ramsgate area up North?

There's a bass that I'm interested in buying but it's in Ramsgate, which is a 400 mile round trip for me. The seller won't post / courier. I was wondering if any BC'ers from that area might be travelling north up the M1 or M6 in the not too distant future that wouldn't mind bringing it to a rendezvous for a fee.

Thanks for the offer Pete, but the seller doesn't seem very cooperative. I offered to send a box, packing material and arrange a courier and have yet to get a response. I'm thinking about giving up on the idea
