New distributor for G&L basses

I never understood why these classy instruments were such a niche market. Well, apart from the ugly headstocks, that is...

It's all the name on the headstock. If it were a Fender model (brand not designer) and came out in the 70s it'd sell great.

I've fancied an ASAT for years but I've never even seen one in a uk shop, and only very rarely from online sellers.

They come up on here occasionally but it's always been the wrong time for me.

Hopefully the new distribution deal will make them a bit less rare over here.

Not sure the shop will be there in January, he's closing this year I believe. Following him on Facebook he's putting some very good bargains out there, make him an offer if you can.

Unfortunately I've already made my annual purchase for this year.

I only learnt that today after 7 G&Ls - Didn't think about the Cold War etc.
