Johnny Wishbone
I'm sure I've seen a DI from Radial that has a "merge" function to sum two mono signals? Edited May 8, 2017 by Johnny Wishbone

bazzbass
here's how I'd do it, apologies if I got your situation mixed up . Bass into one DI. The XLR out goes to the desk. The 1/4" output from the DI goes into an ABY box which sends the signal to the two amps.

It's two separate amps with two separate sounds he wants to DI for front of house. But have one mixed signal(he ultimately controls the mix of) for ease of use. Used to piss me off talking to the sound guy every time that I run a clean Di and dirty di.
Jack
You don't sound as though you need any kind of control or switching? If not, this should do it. I found it when I was looking for a way to blend the two Dis from the new Geddy Sansamp. dannybuoy
What's wrong with just giving the FOH 2 feeds and let them do the mixing?

krispn
Mini mixer with the line out going to the foh? I can see how a Di splitter would be a bit less faff. Edited May 9, 2017 by krispn
tbh its for ease, and speed of set up, i can give one feed with all i need in the pa, saves a big long conversation explaining to the sound guy!
