http://www.epiphone.com/default.asp?Produc...CollectionID=12 as in is that a JB or PB n how do i know? (I'm pretty stupid..you'll get used to it:)
Precision: http://www.bassguitars.org.uk/wp-content/i...blondemaple.jpg Jazz: http://www.rocknrollvintage.com/prodimages...unburst%20b.JPG the names are Fender's brand names, though you often get copies referred to as P bass or Jazz bass, depending mostly on the pickup arrangement and body shape. The necks are interchangeable tho Jazz necks tend to be narrower at the nut. The one in your link is neither, it's an original(ish) design. The Burpster
Was just wondering outa curiosity...what do you gain from having a fretless bass? Or a headless? (Apart from looking good) Another one....how loud can acousto-electrics go? A third random question!...How does the sounds change as the neck scale increases/decreases? This is mainly because I'm wanting to get another bass somewhen soon...when money appears....and wanted it to be 'different' Is it true that red basses make you play faster? And finaly...how are you today?
1. More GAS and lotsa strings..... Lots more GAS 2. as loud as your amp of course..... duh. 3. if youve got a scaly neck, i wouldnt be worried about how it sounds I suggest you get to the doctor.... 4. if you want to be different play drums, most drummers I've met aren't human 5. red basses only make you play faster if teh red is yoru ownblood and you want ot get the set done so that you can get stiches.... 6. I'm +++kin ace, I've just won my 1st table tennis match after a 30 year break.....

tauzero
Was just wondering outa curiosity...what do you gain from having a fretless bass? Or a headless? (Apart from looking good)
You get rid of those heavy frets, so there's much less neck dive. If you get rid of the head too, the neck dive is completely abolished and the bass stands up on end.
Another one....how loud can acousto-electrics go?
That depends on how hard you stamp on them.
A third random question!...How does the sounds change as the neck scale increases/decreases?
If the neck scale increases and decreases, you have made a fundamental error and you are trying to play a telescope.
Is it true that red basses make you play faster?
That depends on how they are being used. "Play faster or I'll hit you with this red bass" would make me play faster, "play faster and I'll give you this red bass" would make me consider it, depending on the red bass in question.
And finaly...how are you today?
Just recovering from norovirus, so make sure you spray the keyboard with a chlorine-based disinfectant.
