spongebob
I was looking for a simple, plain neck plate for a Jazz. Found these on eBay - http://www.ebay.co.u...~cAAOSw2GlXHzjg I've not got one to measure against to see they would fit. Can anyone help?
Roger2611
The measurements match up to my 50's roadworn so I would say yes they would fit nicely

Dan Dare
Need to watch the fact that some of those 'Fender' neckplates on eBay are made of very thin metal. When you tighten the bolts, they bend and the corners dig into the back of the body, as I found when I tried to fit one. So I bought a proper Fender one and it was fine. spongebob
Thanks DD - I'll give a good bend before using it to see how tough it is. You didn't buy yours from this place did you, the one I linked in the first post? Place seems to have good FB for their products, so I hope it's not a lemon. Only just under £3 all in, so it's not a disaster if so, just annoying!
Dan Dare
No. The one I got had the Fender 'F' stamped in it (was very cheap, so I figured I'd take a punt - not a disaster that it wasn't up to the job). The one you highlighted looks of decent quality.
