RIP Chris Cornell

Apparently Chris Cornell has passed on at the age of 52. Never the greatest fan, but his bands always produced some quality music. Will be missed.

Holy c&&p! Awful news. Loved his voice. His solo works were a bit so so but his work with Soundgarden and Audioslave was epic.

I am sat her with tears running down my cheeks. Soundgarden was one of the bands that helped me through some difficult years as a teenager and he is high up on my all time fav rock vocalists lists. His last tweet was 8 hours ago, saying he was back in Detroit Rock City and he was on tour. Really wonder what happened, pretty sure he was off the drugs but maybe his heart failed or so.

Absolute legend, legendary bands and a great solo artist.

I was privileged to see him in the last year in his solo tour and it was one of the best shows I have ever seen.

Yes, I was more than gobsmacked to've just read that in the online Guardian. Soundgarden were the only band from the grunge scene i like, definitely a cut above.Saw them a few years ago playing Brum. A quality. live act. .
