Personally, Soul to Squeeze by RHCP always does it for me. I struggle to think of a bassline i enjoy more
[/quote]

Good call. Lovely to play too.

oh yeah, thanks for this,I am not a big RHCP fan, but I mostly love Flea's lines

He even made Alanis Morrisette sound OK.

Glad to be of service. I hope your breakfast is uneventful otherwise.

PS; Just read your side panel. My apologies. With the time difference in mind I'd like to change my response;

I hope you didn't squirt tea all over the barbie. I hate soggy shrimp.

hehe no all is good

I am in utter shock today, went to play along to The Beatles Hey Bulldog upon the recommendations on here.

I'm a big Beatles fan, as a 3 yo i was in the 300,000 Adelaideans that turned out to welcome them. I have original EPs my mum bought. The box set on vinyl but no turntable and I just discovered that The Yellow Submarine is not in my CD collection. I even have the USA mono re releases, but I never bought this one ,well, coz it's sh*te really .

But now I have to grab it, why have a hole in my collection :)

I guess I'm fixing a hole......

I'll go quietly now........

This is where I'd put a smilie if I didn't think of them as emotional cartoon lemons. Good on you.

'Fat Angel', Jefferson Airplane with Jack Casady on bass, or...
'What to do with only two notes' (OK, and a couple of grace notes, if you insist...). A lesson in parsimony...

I have this album...Really, really nice.
Yes, Bireli Lagrene playing (brilliant) Bass and a great solo on 'Timothee'.
Although, Jeff Andrews is pretty impressive on the rest of the album.
Thanks for posting, I ain't heard it in ages.
