Fret Sizes?

So I'm having my first refret done and Ive been asked what fret size I would like?

Can anyone help me with the pros and cons of different fret sizes.

The bass in question is a 90's Korean Squier P and my playing styles funk, blues, rock and some pop.

Th either basses I use are a '91 EBMM Stingray and a '02 Fender J FSR 60s Reissue and I prefer super light string gauges

Sorry, can't help you with the fret sizes, I just go with what I get, which are probably medium jumbo frets or jumbo frets. I know I didn't fancy the idea of the tall narrow frets on the new pro Fenders... they're supposed to help when youre bending the notes, which is something I don't do when playing live. So if I had the choice, I'd probably take along my Am Std Jazz and say, go with that.
