No they don't but you can do what I did by getting a Shuttlemax 9.2 which is a twin channel head, one FET and one tube, basically a 900 watt version of the shuttle 3.0.

I've got a 3.0 a 6.0 and the 9.2 Max, I think the 3.0 sounds the best! Tubes and heft?, meh :D

Thanks for the tip. I need a backup head and would have definitely bought a second Shuttle 6.0 had it been all FET but I can't get over the love I had for my Shuttle 3.0.

On the 9.0, would the FET preamp still work if the valve channel went down?

20 knobs and 8 buttons, footswitch controller, para mids for low and high mid on both channels, there's fx loops for each channel and a global loop on the back along with a good switchable DI output, tuner send etc etc etc on the rear panel.
