Ebay, bass/guitar final value fee

I'm sure I saw some pop up that stated they were reducing final value fee from 10% to 3.5%

Did I imagine this.

I hope so but surely eBay is the best place to check
They have a fee calculator you can use...

I get offers from eBay every couple of months with no selling fee or reduced fee. Is that what you're thinking of?

I have a bass listed at the moment - using their handy-dandy fee calculator app, it's still 10%. Hard to avoid the temptation of loading the BIN to reflect that.
