Hello from Devon

Hi guys,

I've been playing bass for about a year now with a cheap Hartke SB15 pack (which isn't too bad) and thought I'd join these forums- seems much more exclusive than talkbass, being british and all.

I play bass in a metal band and have many bass idols (too many to name) and some of my favourite bands are Metallica, Bullet for my valentine, Mudvayne and Stone Sour but I like a lot of other rock music. Oh yeah, and I'm 17 and go to college.

Fair enough, I'm near Tiverton too. We've got quite a few Devonians on here now. In fact soon we may rival Northampton as the bass playing capital of the UK!
