oldslapper
Had a Wilkes P a few year back, such a well made solid guitar. Any thoughts on this? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152580499563 The defret looks like it was done by a very angry butcher, so would need a bit of love. The pickups look like they just need some screws. Quite fancy it if it doesn't get silly bids. Edited June 15, 2017 by oldslapper

[/quote] It does look a bit like someone cut-and-shut the front of an Aria body onto the back of an Alembic. Looks like a nice piece of wood, mind. Like the look of this too, but no experience of the manufacturer. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/322533383382
Bassassin
That Wilkes has been a beautiful bass, and could be again, with some tlc and a pro refret. Would like to hope someone here will get it & bring it back to life. Edited June 15, 2017 by Bassassin

Hellzero
And some screws and foam for the pickups. The Reflex were an alternative to the EMG at the time. Hope for you that they still work...

Most of the parts were bought up by Brandoni in Wembley. They're pretty good basses - not a bad price for that one.

The addition of Kent Armstrong pups is pulling me in I must admit..
