Hi everyone, I hope everyone is well and coping with the heat :)
I have here an excellent Fender Japan Jazz bass, specifically it is a Factory Special Run 60's bass that has 60's specs: 7.25 Neckboard Radius, vintage style frets and slim C neck.
This bass has extremely little wear, the neck is untouched and there is only very minor scratches in the body which can only be seem up close in light.
I have priced this bass at £600 because of its excellent condition (they are new £750).
Comes with a soft gig bag.
I am located in the West Sussex area and pickup is welcome, I can also ship it at extra cost.
Open to Trades: my preferences are jazz width nut and active circuitry, or a Hofner Verythin bass or Fender starcaster.

Feel free to request more specific info or more pictures.
Many thanks,
Tom

Looks like your bass Is this one: http://shop.fender.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-Fender-JP-Site/ja_JP/Product-Variation?pid=product-525160&dwvar_product-525160_var-color=Fiesta%20Red&dwvar_product-525160_var-fingerboard-material=Rosewood

£550 new, basswood body. Last of the Jap Fender range from what I've seen on the net. made in January 2015 according to serial number. JD means either Japanese Deluxe or more likely J for Japan and the D is the factory It was made at.

Nice looking bass.

Hmm, interesting, if you type 'fender fsr 60's jazz bass fiesta red' into google the first result looks awfully similar?
Looking back at the conversation with the person whom I bought it off (an established member on this forum) he assured me it was a Japan FSR?

Is it worth including the original ad you refer to? Not too sure how either other comments help identify the bass but some might be confused about it.

I received the bass off of Bigmuff69 through a trade so there wasnt an 'original' ad. as he posted, this is a Fender FSR Japan Classic '60s jazz bass

Yeh, Why did you sell It?

Why does anybody sell anything? For a multitude of reasons. If they did not sell on this forum, I (possibly you) or anybody else viewing these ads. would not have fun new toys to play with :)
