T-Bay
To be fair they are brilliant, it's just a matter of stuff that takes little arrangement/ no big guitar solos to learn/ no overly complex bass lines. We have just put our first set together and it's got some complex stuff in there but this is just stuff that we can work through quickly and may or may not use again. SpondonBassed
Will you let us know which tunes you end up agreeing on please? Just for fun.

We also have a running joke on rockin in the free world which our lead guitarist loves and even though it's not in the set we randomly break into it during rehearsals for a laugh, so maybe we'll include that as well if needed. Phil Starr
You do know the audience are going to love this! There's a perfectly decent set list here most of us could be gigging in a week with re-bookings guaranteed. I do wonder if we cover bands over complicate things sometimes. It's entertainment after all.
uk_lefty
Has anyone else here just played the set twice when they've used up all their material.... ?
Yes! It was our first gig in my acoustic duo. My first gig as a singer too. We made it clear to the venue we would do two forty min sets but it would be the same set of songs. They were ok about it and booked us in again
