What tuning keys to replace junky Hofner contemporary wilkinson tuners

Hi All
I have a Hofner contemporary bass, the bass is great apart from the tuners, they are the Wilkinson tuners that Hofner used to use on the contemporary basses and they are pretty awful, was wondering if anyone knew of some tuners I could use to replace these that would be direct replacements (no drilling or widening of the holes on the headstock required) Thanks
