joegarcia Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 What amp are you going to use and how are you going to wire it all? Looks like an impedance nightmare. Quote

yorick Posted November 2, 2008 Author Posted November 2, 2008 I'll only use the two at any on time. Keep the others as spares or stage fillers for larger stages!!!! By the way i use a 90's Marshall DBS400 head.... Quote

yorick Posted November 4, 2008 Author Posted November 4, 2008 Even with all those cabs, plus my head in a flightcase.... It'll still be lighter than your behemoth Quote
mike257 Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Just get grills on them, leave the drivers out. Take all of them to every gig, you'll look ace on stage with all that behind you. Now where did I leave that dry ice machine? Quote

EBS_freak Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Presumably you are running an amp expecting a 4 ohm load? Load 4 of them with 2x8 ohm speakers in series to give you 4x 16 ohm cab. All of them connected will give you a 4 ohm load. Keep one as a spare or get another empty 2x10 and load the both cabs with 2x 16 ohm speakers in parallel. That gives you a 4x10 rig running at 4 ohms. Easy. It's hardly a rig of doom, it's an 8x10 effectively! But a lot easier to carry around... and that's exactly what my rig is gonna look like! Quote
