Silvia Bluejay Posted June 27, 2017 Author Posted June 27, 2017 Thank you all! We think ours is the first all-Basschat wedding, in that we signed up to this website because we play bass, without knowing each other, met in cyberspace, discovered we lived in the same area of London, and then met up in person. But we'd love to know if Basschat has been entirely responsible for any other marriage in the past or if anyone's planning to follow our path! Quote
Dunno on that one, but I suspect that It may well have been the principal cause of some divorces..! Quote
Silvia Bluejay Posted June 27, 2017 Author Posted June 27, 2017 (edited)
Congratubassions. Incidentally, I also got married at Ealing Town Hall registry office a few years back.
Thanks Paul! You and we are West London neighbours after all. The Town Hall is gorgeous, and our wedding was one of the last ceremonies to happen there for a while: they are going to move the Register office out, refurb the building from top to bottom, turn it into a luxury hotel, then move the Register office back in. Silvia Bluejay Posted June 27, 2017 Author Posted June 27, 2017
Congratulations ... I reckon that GAS will only be half a problem - amps/cabs will be fine, still expect issues about basses with Silvia being a leftie... Do they make left handed leads??
GAS is still as strong as ever, Mick! We still have all our lefty and righty basses. And yes, you can make a lead left-handed, you just plug it in it with, erm, your left hand... Quote
