Lee-Man
Has anyone tried the GSS BABY SUMO AMPXLITE yet? http://www.guitarsoundsystems.com/gss-baby-sumo-ampxlite-bass-guitar-power-amp-c2x21844846
Roland Rock
Looks very cool. I could see that paired up with an Avalon U5. Surprised not to see an xlr input though

Jack
I've been eying one of these up on the basis of how immensely impressed I was with their 6.5" combo amp. Can't comment on the Baby Sumo itself, but I can promise that GSS make amazing stuff. Edited June 27, 2017 by Jack
mcnach
Very interesting idea, allows you to build your own rig in a modular manner using your choice of preamp... Edited June 28, 2017 by mcnach
CameronJ
This looks great. A decent price too IMO.
tonyxtiger
These are really great for the money. It's their own custom power module. Pretty beefy at 600w and another in the works at 1000w. I've tried one with a few preamps and no complaints tonewise. Can't argue with the portability either. I got them in for rental stock along with the Matrix GT1000w. The GSS does quite well against the Matrix. TBF The Matrix is better but then also twice the price and more powerful.
