Warwick LWA1000 - common problems?

Hi,

i've owned a Warwick LWA1000 for just about a year now and I keep getting issues with it like DI output needing re wiring and the output suddenly dropping and then restoring itself.

Has anyone else come across issues like these with a LWA1000 or am i just unlucky?
