Len_derby
Yamahas are great choices for 5 strings in my experience. Enjoy!
louisthebass
Good choice - can't go wrong with a Yammy!

spectoremg
Yamaha got it spot on with that design. Enjoy.
Grahambythesea
Lovely looking bass. I've always thought Yammies were likely to be heavy, how's this one?
doomed
Not too bad, I haven't weighed it but I'd guess around 9lb. Tried it out at practice Sunday evening and it has a lovely growl. Edited July 11, 2017 by doomed
Trueno
I'm not even a 5 stringer myself, but that looks the business.
Paul S
I have the no scratch plate version for sale at this very moment - only because I went for a more up market and vintage Yamaha. But these are the best vfm 5er out there, I reckon.
Graham
I'm not normally a fan of all black basses, but that looks really classy.
Rikki_Sixx
That's one helluva bass. I've never played a Yamaha bass (I do have a Pacifica guitar - great quality!) but I've always thought they look awesome. There's something about the look of those pick-ups that always makes me want one!
