This is not a “standard” or “new standard”, it’s a Custom Monarch Bolt On. The bass is in a remarkable condition, excluding a very tiny scratch on the top of the upper horn (you can see it in the photo). I avoid always to sell it, but I have to admit it don't fits my big big hands.
