Always wanted to try one of these, so took a big gamble and bought this one in a not working condition from Paul (P_O_W), and got Mike Still in West Sussex to get it back to perfect working order.

Only problem is...I don't really like it that much

It has a huge sound, and funny, at lower volumes I love it, but much prefer my Carvin at full gig volume.

I'd much prefer a trade to a straight sale - nice non-valve of similar second hand value, cheap double bass, or try me with anything of interest (done some great "unusual" trades on here in the past).

Seems to be so little solid state on the market now, but no, not looking for lightweight, and will edit now. Was perfectly happy carrying the Traynor (only 20.8kg).

BX500. According to Molan who worked at Bass Gear where I bought mine, there were some major reliability issues, but if you got a good one, like I fortunately did, they are amazing.
