Tone City Pedals, anyone tried em?

I need a cheap overdrive pedal for "Heartbreaker" in our set but dont want to spend a load for basically one song (may use it on others).
Anyway Ive seen some stuff online about these pedals and it all looks quite good (and cheap!)
Anyone tried them for bass?

Can't say I've tried any Tone City pedals personally. But if it's a cheap, bass-friendly overdrive you're after then take a look at the Joyo Orange Juice. A quick search on here and over on Talkbass will probably tell you all you need to know. There are a few bass demos of it on YouTube as well. I have one and, for the price and size (it's beyond tiny), it's pretty amazing.
