This is an awesome little tool and I've done quite a few gigs running just through this straight into a PA with a great sound. Moving it on to make some cash as I already have another DI which I'll be using from now on. No velcro on the bottom, comes with the original box, no manual but comes with an 18v adaptor. Can also be used with two 9v batteries if you want.
