not so long ago you could pick one up for about £250, if they're selling for £500 thats a hell of an investment!

I bought an MC900 for £250 from PMT in Birmingham about 18 months ago. Cleaned it up and traded it for a 1996 Musicman Stingray, not a bad deal if I say so myself .

Heres one I owned for a while. Ibanez Musician 1979-80 I think? It was from the first year of production before they changed the model to the 924. Lovely bass, sold it on ebay about 4 years ago.
