alyctes
Two of my relatives are trying to sell harps (separately); both instruments are professional-quality. Neither has been able to find anywhere sensible to do so. Any ideas, please? Thanks
Grangur
My daughter is a harpist. Not s lot of experience in selling, but we sold one successfully on Evilbay.
Happy Jack
http://www.affairsoftheharp.com/harps-for-sale-hire/ Don't know them and I know nothing about harps, but I rather like their name.
Trueno
I would have a look a anyone selling on ebay. There may be a genuine trader/specialist shop with an ebay account. I found a really good flute trader that way... I mean serious high end stuff.

bassace
Musical Chairs Instrument Sales is good. They have a harp classification but I see there's nothing on there at the mo.
Dan Dare
Will depend whether it's a Celtic harp, concert harp, etc. As it's somewhat specialised, I'd suggest looking for a suitable dealer and asking if they sell on commission. Many do. Google "Harp for sale UK" and you'll find a few (I just did) and ask them.
pete.young
For folk harps or celtic harps you could try Hobgoblin Music.
toneknob
Your local harp school noticeboard? (I dunno, somewhere like Guildhall by the Barbican).

TrevorR
As was said before... Celtic or Concert... world of difference. Since you're in Dorset what about Totnes... with Dartington College there might be some call...?
