edstraker123 Posted November 3, 2008 Share Posted November 3, 2008 Don't know how many fellow basschatters are going to bass day on Sunday but can only say what a great day out it is. I went to my first one last year and was blown away by the sheer craft of the instruments on show. The trade stands included Shuker, Overwater, Goodfellow as well as some excellent general stands for picking up bits and pieces. Some of the performances were also sublime - Jeff Berlin showing what a true master and entertainer he is ( and I don't especially like Jazz) and also Bond was thoroughly enjoyable with his vast array of effects. Having seen the list of talent on this year it looks like there is something for everyone so I would certainly recommend it to anybody who can get there. Also guitar god Joe Bonamassa is on at the academy the same evening - a perfect opportunity to kill 2 birds ! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
