anzoid
For the Bass Collections lovers (you know who you are): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bass-Collection-SB-460-by-SGC-NANYO-Excellent-Condition-smooth-bass-playing/222618842870 Quite tempted by this one but have no spare cash... Condition looks pretty good apart from some pitting on the tuners.

missis sumner
So who bought it? I saw it late, but did bid on it, even though I'm in contact with another seller... you can't have too many Nanyos, can you?
TheGreek
I was the high bidder for most of the day - lost it in the last few minutes. TBH I was a bit wary with it being a Portuguese seller.
anzoid
Was watching this and thought about bidding... and then totally forgot all about it. Went for a decent price. Like TheGreek I was a little hesitant about it coming from Portugal.
basskit_case
Would have loved this, but am I right in thinking that it looked like there was a crack between the E & A tuners? I cannot believe he only charged £20 for postage
anzoid
Would have loved this, but am I right in thinking that it looked like there was a crack between the E & A tuners?
It's on the line of the neck laminates - but certainly does look like it's slightly opened up... eek. If I'd won the auction it would be something I'd be looking at very carefully when the bass arrived. If it is splitting open, presumably glue and clamp would solve the problem adequately? Delberthot
Great basses these. I had an SB465 - fantastic quality and really good sound. I remember it being slightly heavier than the normal models, maybe to do with the paduak top?
