Alfie
You may well have already seen this, but I hadn't visited the Owen Electronics site for a few months, and now I find he has made this beauty! Bloody expensive mind
ahpook
that looks very cool.... i'd love to try one of the gremlins some day as well
Protium
No offence but do they actually expect to sell any at that price?
escholl
triode/pentode combination tube? gee, i'm sure there's loads of replacement options there. sometimes i think manufacturers try to be too clever. there's no real reason why they couldn't use two separate tubes, say, an ef86 and a 12a series. Delberthot
Hmmm. think I'll get my Bass Gremlin out for the next gig. Not used it in a while
mr pablo
I was speaking to Martin about this today and its not just another valve overdrive pedal (as it uses a different tube type as mentioned above all the others are 12ax7 designs?), it doubles up as a power supply as well and apparently can do anything from cleanish to better than big muff sounds to full on fuzzzzzzzzz, if I had the cash I'd give it a whirl as Martin's work is top notch, I've tried one of the gremlins and realy liked it and he's fixed up a few pedals fr me as well. markytbass
Nice but I don't like the price. I've been looking for an overdrive pedal for a few weeks and have been through the usual Boss, Didgitech & Electro Harmonix but havn't been able to try the Dave Hall stuff. What are they like? any good?

For the kinda money owen are asking you can get the top range dha valve pedal, which when you compare features appears far better value for money straight off. i think if they knocked it down to £199 they'd more than make up for it with extra sales
