RussFM Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) I'm selling my Sandberg Electra VS4. Sandberg's 'parts made in Korea, assembled in Germany' take on the MIM Precision, and it's definitely better quality than the two MIM Fenders I've had in the past. Sounds great, can be active or passive with a push/pull volume control. I've had a Hipshot detuner on it (for sale separately), and there's a slight mark on the back of the headstock where it's been (barely in shot in the last photo sorry!) but other than that it's a good as new. Despite the satin finish I don't think there's a mark on it. I've only gigged it a handful of times since everyone in the band seemed to be starting families just after I bought it, so it only gets used a couple of times a year now. No case or gig bag with these, so collection/meet up preferred please. jahfish Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Band members starting families. Pah where's the commitment! Lovely bass GLWTS
Geddys nose Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 These are superb, Real quality P Basses with a lovely neck.
steve-bbb Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 ive got the J version of this - the satin finish is surprisingly resilient and keeps very clean way better than an MIM imho
Grahambythesea Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 Had he still been alive, this could easily have been Leo's 4th reincarnation of the P bass I.M.H.O. Love the simplicity of the look of this bass.
