Hey..
not been around for a while...sorry folks!
hope alls well!

im looking at selling my limited edition Candy Apple Red Jazz bass,its a 70's re-issue with the matching headstock..one of only 250 made..its been used but loved...theres footage of me and the bass on youtube.com.

thats a live recording too,so it shows the brilliance of the pickups...i can obviously send pics to anyone interested...

Also,i have a 3 colour sunburst usa standard precision..a beautiful chunky maple neck...ive added a tortoiseshel scratch plate,thumb rest and the two ashtray covers. its a beauty and sounds amazing...real gritty precision sound...

and i have a brand new in the box EMG pick up set for a Jazz bass...i bought them about a month ago,havent got round to using them!

A bit harsh maybe! The guy might work away from home, alternatively he could have issues with Internet access... mine was down for a while due to BT being sh*te

He has already stated he is at music live playing so I guess that may be a good enough reason would you not think!

sorry to have dissapointed you GARETH..
for some of us players,there are things called "gigs",maybe you could look them up online,if you get a minute after browsing Adult themed sites..doing a "gig" requires leaving the house for long periods of time and playing infront of many people! yes! so the bass guitar isnt just a instrument for your bedroom! some of us "lucky" ones get the oppertunity to play with "real life" drummers! not just drum machines!
further to this,i dont have time to sit on my computer all day,uploading pictures of bass guitars..so take the vice like grip of your right hand from your genitals,maybe get a job? learn the bass?or get a girlfriend? or maybe a boyfriend in your case?learn some valuble life skills...but most of all,do yourfelf a favour and WISE UP..if you think that earning a living from playing my bass guitar is me being a waste of space,you should be looking on other forums,i believe "Unloved and lonely" have just revamped their webpage.

HOWEVER, i would like to thank the other guys who stood up in my defence and ACTUALLY READ MY ORIGINAL POST.

hey...ballpark is £1200ono...one of these buggers went for £1800 on ebay a little while back..maybe Feb or March..im looking for a quick and clean sale...it has the black tolex case with it too

I'd say so - I had one, fitted it with a J-Retro pre and it proved to be the best bass I ever owned. I don't own it now - I had to sell it when broke :)

Small world JJ, I didn't make the Quireboys connection. I've known Guerin since school and oddly enough he's invariably in some pub or other that I'm playing at when he's back visiting his hometown... bit of a stepdown from me coming to see the band he's in! :)
