spinynorman Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Seems to be a lot more interesting stuff on eBay all of a sudden. Must be the global meltdown. I've got six basses in my watch list. If I bought them all there'd be a global meltdown here, with my wife doing the melting. For example, a Gibson Thunderbird staying remarkably low, unless there's something really wrong with it I hadn't noticed. Even a bit beat up, I'd expect more interest. budget bassist Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 I've seen some nice gear on there, but then i always see nice gear on there Also i'd imagine that t-bird is staying nice and low because of the chips and the pickup only. I say go for it! Quote

Delberthot Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 How the hell does a 2 year old bass get so badly scratched? Maybe more understandable if it was a 1986 but 2006? Quote
bigjohn Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 (edited) Tune in next time for more thunderous thunderbirds, ebayed imaginings and more questions than answers... BTW, are they your feet?
