Isn't that the Nordic equivalent of Aldi and Lidl?

[/quote] :) If only that were true, I'd have a lot less problems with money!

Mine comes from my old motorbike, a Suzuki Bandit which I loved but sold (points and self preservation prevailed) but obviously I couldn't spend the proceeds on anything sensible - so that's when I bought my Sandberg, which also had to be red in memory of the 'donor.'

I like to emit an aura of mystery so only used the first letter of my surname.

Last time I emitted an aura it cleared the room!

I was trying to be a bit clever.I had just migrated to the EUB world having bought a Stagg EUB and as I'm getting pretty ancient and was having a hard time trying to play upright I thought it was appropriate.I have since sold the Stagg and moved on to a Yamaha SLB200 and now here I am Yammering on.
Sorry...

I think in these days of (anti) social media it is often better to use another name on internet sites. I really think that Parker would be a good pen name.

If my car reg hadn't said so, I'd never have claimed to be ace. Although I do play bass. Quite often.

Thanks for putting me right. 'Til now, I had been pronouncing your screen name like I do when I say "Liberace".

Heeheehee.

I have a (retired) Cellist friend called Vivien, who by her own admission, claimed to have lived life 'lively & fast' in her heyday.
She often introduced herself as 'Vivace'. After a show one night, she invited me and a couple of other musicians to the (her beloved) Arts Club for drinkies.
During the early hours and clearly ahead in the drinks marathon, 'Vivace' said, " Oh do please keep up, luvvies, I am operating at 175 bpm's tonight"..... :D
A lovely lady, amusing old school character, with a very fitting pseudonym.

Of course my dear, anything you say.

I suppose you could alter the pronunciation according to whether you were are a cheese and wine party or a ferret fancier's meeting.

My names is actually gjones. I didn't feel the need to hide my identity on a site called Basschat.

Now if it had been a site called Asschat, well that's a whole different kettle of fish.

At uni there were 2 Andrews; one had red hair and one had dark hair - so I was known as dark Andrew.

That's a cool nick name. Only slightly sinister.
